Do you think we'll have to purchase both PS4 and Vita versions of a game, or can we just purchase the PS4 version with a code for the Vita version?

With remote play do you need to purchase both the PS4 and Vita version of a game?

Remote Play is just the PS4 streaming video data to the Vita and the Vita sending inputs to the PS4, I believe, which makes it look like you're playing the PS4 game on the Vita. There's no additional purchase and there's no Vita game used in remote play at all.
Now, when games ARE released on both systems, there are times when they are cross-buy (like Sly 4, Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale, Guacamelee!, etc) but there are times when they are not (Dragon's Crown) and this depends on the games. There IS a Vita version in this case, unlike Remote Play.
