Ps4 won't download

Hi guys does anyone know what the problem could be. I'm hard wired to talktalk, I'm trying to download netflix iPlayer on demand ect but says cannot download I am on line I am signed in to psn it won't let me sign in to easerver on fifa14 either, confusing me so much, if anyone can help would be much appreciated.

Have you tried doing the Internet connection test? I'm able to sign into my PSN and play online games at the moment so it must be a problem with your network.

Alternatively, try using a different DNS server as that could be your issue. Here are some DNS servers I found on the web. Remember to revert them back to normal once your Internet is working normally as they may not be as fast as your ISP's.

Set 1: Primary DNS as "8.8.8.8" ,Secondary DNS"8.8.4.4"
Set 2: Primary DNS: 208.67.222.222, Secondary DNS: 208.67.220.220
