PS4 Won't read disc.

So, Yeah. I know. There is already another post similar to this one, but that was posted near the time of the 1.51 patch. This is in 2017. So, I took out my little brother's Minecraft disc to put in Watch Dogs 2. That's when I noticed that it wouldn't read the damn thing. So, when I took it out, I noticed that it had some black chuncks on it. So, I just thought I may not have washed my hands, so I do so. Then, I put in my Blu-Ray cleaner, and it won't read that. That's when I noticed that th disc was in the same position that it was inserted in every time I took it out. I do this several times, just to make sure I'm not going crazy. But every time, same position. So, the disc won't spin. I tried everything but taking the damn thing apart. Please help.

Couple questions for you. I have a couple ideas on what the problem is (though you won't like it) but need some more help to diagnose.

1) What do you mean by in the same position? Can you clarify?
2) Does the disc spin at all when you put it in?
3) What does the PS4 say on the screen? An error will likely come up when it doesn't read the disc. We need to know that. Error codes are quite important to know what's up with the system
4) Are you under warranty?
5) Those black chunks come from the console? Pictures of it perhaps?
