Hello everyone!
I recently had to buy a new TV and my PS5 performs astonishingly bad with it in terms of graphics. The TV specs are as follows.
Hisense 40h30e (40inch)
1080p full hd
100V 50~60hz
Now, I realize that it's not a 4K gaming TV and hence the graphics downgrade is to be expected, but I am facing textures rendering just in front of me, objects being pixelated and the overall picture being way too blurry. I have tried multiple games now (PS5 Elden ring, PS4 Bloodborne and Sekiro) and they all look bad, especially ER. The lighting appears strange as well. I tried setting different modes on the TV and adjusting brightness/contract etc., but it didn't really solve anything. I reckon 1080p should look worse than 4k, but at this point it seems more like a setting issue. Also I previously used a Sharp TV with similar specs at it was completely fine.
Maybe anyone had the same problem? How did you solve it? Is it possible that the Hisense TV is just not compatible with PS5?
Thank you!
