Ps5 starts up , shows logo then goes blank .

when I switch my PlayStation 5 on , everything goes normal , it’s shows the ps logo for a longer time than normal then goes blank, the power still stays on and controller is still lit up also . I’ve tried it on my tv and my poga box with different hdmi leads . Any one had this problem , and know how to fix ?

unplug your TV from power for a couple of seconds, then plug back in. It sounds like the two are just not communicating properly. If you can get the menu up at some point, set the PS5's resolution to Auto and see how things are from there. Another thing in the menu (when you can see it),... the 4K transfer rate - try setting that one step below the top. I do highly suggest getting a 48gps HDMI in it like the AudioQuest Forest48 or better... the Carbon48. It kills any video dropouts but this is only if you have a 4K display. If your display is 1080p, don't sweat this last point.
