Question Concerning about PS+ and Games

So, I do not own a Playstation 4 yet, but planning to get one in the future. So I have a questionconcerning about Playstation+

This first question I read up online but still confused of how this works.
- I want to purchase PS+ for my PS4 but I've heard that if two accounts are stored on the PS4 and if I activate "Make PS+ account primary", one PS+ subscription can provide PS+ to both accounts. My question is that all the benefits of PS+ will be available to both accounts or some restrictions will apply.

Sorry about this but I want to ask another question if its okay with this site's guidelines.

-Does game licensing only applied to one account or can it be applied to both &

-If game installs are needed on the PS4, after it's installation and after putting in the disc and playing, can I just take out the disc and continue playing?

1. It covers both accounts as long as your primary account has PS+

2. The games are licensed to the main account only. The second account can play them on the same PlayStation.

3. No, the disc has to be in the drive for disc version of the game. If you want to play without a disc, you have to purchase the digital version from the PS store.
