I appear to have a very loose wire within my PS4 Mono Headset which is causing frequent chat issues e.g. Suddenly I won't here my friends talking. I know it is a loose wire because when I move the wire upwards, I can here perfectly and when I clip it to my shirt it elevates the wire and I can hear normally. However it is very very temperamental and if I turn or move my controller fast the volume stops and I have to re-adjust everything.
Now I would actually be up for buying a new headset but the problem is I wear glasses and with the shape of my head and my glasses...if I wear a headset for 30 mins to an hour it digs into the side of my head and I can't wear it for awhile. Where the PS4 mono headset allows me to chat clear with friends while gaming and I don't have any pain.
So I really want a replacement or something that's the same. Sadly I haven't found anything online.....can anyone give me any advice or help?
