Replacing the battery in the DS4?

Okay, six hours in and down to one bar according to the indicator. I think it's mostly confirmed that the battery doesn't work as shown. Perhaps, it's the brand of the battery I bought. Let's see how f_dog80 will fair with his battery now. If his works, i might buy that one too.

Perhaps after you cycle it a time or two it'll get better,
The factory battery when I first got my PS4 was a huge let down, needing a charge everyday (the reason I even looked into upgrading the battery) But now they are lasting much longer (now they're not so bad at all, I could live with them)

The batteries are on the way so I still plan to test them and provide feedback, I got new sticks coming with the batteries too so I'll be opening them up anyhow.

Well I finally got my batteries. I will do a bench test and report with feedback when I get home from work/over te next few days.

Nice. But Im pretty sure they will not last longer than the stock battery, despite their claim of higher MaH. Its usually the case with things like this unfortunately.

I just use the Power A charging station for both my controllers. Keep one on the station and use the other when playing. When the battery is low I just switch out. Works great.
