Saints Row IV: The $1 Million dollar edition! No, I'm not joking either...

This is absolutely over the top, and I love it so much for it. Who cares if it's not a great deal, or if anyone will do it? It's probably the most memorable Collector's Edition of a game to ever come out, and probably will stay with that title until something even sillier comes out. I absolutely approve of this and how awesome it is.

Wow, that's a long shot. The publicity from such an announcement was surely the end goal -- right? Maybe they just wanted to hit the most ridiculous jackpot possible. Can't score if you don't shoot, as the saying goes.

On the off chance someone wants to spare a cool million for this, which celebrity do you suppose is most likely to do it? Jonah Hill? Snoop Lion?

As ridiculous as it is, it does have us talking about the game and that is what the developer/publisher desire the most. Buzz by way of word of mouth. Will anyone not purchase saints row games out of protest of this stunt? That would be funny if there was an organized boycott and it backfired. The most I would pay for a video game is $70. Unless it was a virtual reality game. Then I'd go higher.

I cant imagine this selling very quickly. I cant picture too many gamers who have a million dollars to drop on this game and I also cant picture too many people who have a million dollars who would actually buy the game.

True. One million dollars can buy you a lot more than what they are offering. There are so many better things to do with that much money....

True. One million dollars can buy you a lot more than what they are offering. There are so many better things to do with that much money....

I don't think, if you're spending one million dollars on a video game, you are prone to making wise investments either way.

I agree, that is not an offer anyone is willing to choose. I would never pay over $60 for anything video game related besides a console. Especially nothing related to Saints Row IV. Seeing how Saints Row has gotten so cheesy.

Sounds like fun! You'd have to be very materialistic to want this, though. I'd love to go to space and be part of a hostage scenario. It's all really as extreme as the game itself. Really cool
