Here's what you get if you buy the season pass for Starwars Battlefront:

• Over 20 new items, including weapons, vehicles, and Star Cards for both Rebels and Imperials.
• 4 additional Heroes and Villains (these were not named).
• 16 new multiplayer maps featuring "new locations."
• 4 new game modes.

These will be coming out in four expansion packs.
Starting January 2016.
Anyone who buys the season pass will have access to these 2 weeks before everyone else.

It seems like a pretty good deal in the long run. I still ended up getting the standard version digital download. I did however end up buying the AWESOME edition with the Han Solo mini fridge as well lol, for display purposes.
