Season pass

Hello, I have a season pass for a game i am playing but it doesn't seem to recognize that i have one on the game anyone got any tips?
p.s downloaded the season pass so its defo there don't no if it take a few days after downloading it to be noticed...

Sorted it out now turned it off and back on good tech help did buy it weeks before but only just downloaded map maybe that was it!
