Sennheiser pc 363d or?

Hello fellow gamers, can someone help me find a perfect sennheiser headset for ps4 ? as title says, this one sound the best for me, but will it work ? i know G4ME Zero/One works just fine, but it does not have surround sound and thats what i would really like.
