Shallow Mechanics?

Everyone seems incredibly excited for the game, how in depth the hacking is, and how large the world is. These are similar things I was excited for with Assassins Creed III as well though, not the hacking obviously, but the depth of the world all the things that were possible in the world.

In the end though the game ended up being half baked with a bunch of shallow mechanics that were made to look deep in the advertising. I hope Watch Dogs is different but I can easily see it going this route and the hacking being a button click that always has a similar effect.

We have to wait and see next year. You can't judge a game or movie from the trailers or screenshots, Watch Dogs has a huge world and the hacking is complex and interactive but the game could have some other hidden problems. I hope that they will improve the mechanics and control and when it will be finally released the gaming world will have a new jewel, similar to GTA V or TLOU.
