Should i buy ps4 now?

4K could be the new 3D TV a flash in the pan, i certainly wont be changing my TV for one any time soon.

My brother owns a 4K TV. It's very impressive to watch but still no 3D in my opinion. Also with those glasses, giving the sensation of 3D, nope, I don't like it.
The real 3D entertainment comes when the laser technology will be advanced enough to show images in space. Time when seats in the cinemas will not be lines anymore, but circles, like in an amphitheater. We still miss a couple of decades.

I have a Samsung curved 4k and the game play isn't as great as I thought it would be. I have really only played GTA on it so far, but I see pixels around objects.

The reason probably is you are playing a 1080p console on a 4K TV. That's almost 4x the resolution. It will definitely look on the crappy side, especially since PS4 can't/doesn't support 4K. Even if it did, the games are only developed for 1080 resolution anyway.

Don't look forward to a 4k supporting version of the PS4. Right now most games are only rendered at 1080p, and the hardware would not be upgraded until the cycle ends. PS4 has an edge in terms of graphics for multiplatform games, but if you already have a PC this might not be an advantage at all. So I'd say look at the exclusive games to decide.
