If I buy the actual game for my ps4 will I be able to create a new account on my ps4?

So I played beta then couldn't log back in

What do you mean you "couldn't log back in"? I had a log-in issue when the beta initially launched, but it was resolved with an update. What error message is popping up? Further, I would imagine you could always create a new Square account, although you shouldn't have to.

As far as I know, if you made a character on the first "phase" of the Beta, you would loose it when the second phase came out. Now the character you make on the second phase WILL transfer once the game actually releases. You can always make a new character on a different world though, but still have the same Square Enix account.

I kind of get what you guys are saying, but let me make this more clear because I didn't do very good the first time. I downloaded the beta. I made an account on my PS4. I played the game for around 2 hours. I logged out, turned my ps4 off and went to bed. The next morning I tried to get back on. My username was automatically saved, but my password wasn't. I entered my password like 10 times and it didn't work. So I got them to mail me a new password. I typed the password in and it said my password was wrong. I can't remember what else I did, but I tried something and it said my user name was wrong. ALTHOUGH, my user name was automatically saved to the ps4, it was still wrong. Makes no sense. I'm wondering if I'm going to be able to log in with a brand new account, or is the username with the password I don't know going to transfer from the beta, making it impossible to log in with a new account. I don't want to buy this game if I can't make a new account, because the one on the beta screwed up.

Have you tried to log into the actual square enix website with the info that is saved on your PS4? I know the user name, and square enix login name on my account are different. My login name is only 4 characters. Try to access the site with that info and see what happens, and let us know the results.
