Sony: Tell Us What You Want on PlayStation

As you may know Borderlands 2 is finally coming to vita. But this time around it's being published by Sony itself. The studio Iron Galaxy is actually porting the game for vita as opposed to Gearbox.

That's right, Sony made a deal with Gearbox to help them bring their game to vita since they had previously shown interest in bringing it to the platform.

Sony is now asking which more games would the gamer's like to see on the PS platform.

I want a lacrosse game for Playstation. Why hasn't a lacrosse game been created for any console, ever? Not even a PC game or is there and I just missed it? How about another Destruction Derby. Or a dodgeball game. Bring back American Gladiators, Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune. And we really need an updated version of Baseball Simulator 1000. How come there has never been a sequel to the original? Also, let's have another Marble Madness.

I think Sony really suffers in the casual gaming department. One of the things I really liked about the Wii was it's party-atmosphere games. Mario Kart, Super Mario Brothers, Mario Party, Wii Sports. They were all fun to play in a party atmosphere. There's really not much of that on the PS3. Little Big Planet was close, but it was too deep. They'd have had to dumb it down to work in that sort of setting.

They were all fun to play in a party atmosphere. There's really not much of that on the PS3. Little Big Planet was close, but it was too deep. They'd have had to dumb it down to work in that sort of setting.

Did you ever get to check out PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale? Basically it's the Sony Smash Bros. I played the demo and the game play was very hectic and fun.

But one thing is certain, PS2 emulation. Didn't they said that the PSVita was a portable PS3? Then why can't we have PS2 on the go? PSP emulated PS1, the logical step is for PSVita to emulate PS2.

Well boy, I sure gave them a huge list in the comment section when I first saw the annoucement. Among the things I want to see I asked for Mercernary Kings, Demon's Souls and Dark Souls on Vita. I also asked them to get a buncha crap localized, like Final Fantasy Type-0 (what the FFFFF-, Square-Enix? You KNOW we want it, stop giving us crappy mobile games instead)

Do you think there is enough of a market out there for a lacrosse game? I don't know much about the sport, but I do know that none of my console gaming friends are into and they probably wouldn't buy the game.

Marble Madness on the other hand, I'm all for!

Proper Twisted Metal and Warhawk sequels. All with working online, clans and 16 players support minimum. 32 preferable. Anyone know what Jaffe is working on these days. He owes us for that Twisted Metal online mess on the PS3.

I want Digimon World and Digimon World 2 in the Playstation store. It's been a long time since I played either, and rummaging for my PS1 and looking for the game discs is not something I'd want to do (1st world problems).

And as unlikely as that is to happen, this would be more even more unlikely: Dragon Ball Z: The Legend. That game was damn fun. It's a 2D fighting game, with up to 6 or 8 (don't quite remember) fighters in battle at the same time. Also, badass music and (some) badass voiceovers.

Honestly all I'd want out of the PS4 is a bit more clarity on the backwards compatibility cloud system. Are we gonna have to buy old games? Or will we be able to play old disks to prove that we own the game, and then stream the data from the cloud?

I agree. As a casual gamer myself, I've been feeling more and more left out as technology progresses and games become more and more complicated. I understand and accept it completely, though, but I think simpler games that don't require you to press a million buttons and combinations are slowly getting pushed towards other consoles and mediums. Fortunately, Sony seems ready to hear from fans, so hopefully enough casual gamers can speak up and be heard so we can see some interesting ports again.

Yeah I would love another Twisted Metal game as well. Twisted Metal was one of the funniest games I had played as a teenager. Every time I played Twisted Metal I was entertained.

I would love to see a GTA type game as someone already said. But what I would love even more is a RDR game. It will be a great game if they get it right. Obviously you would need a new story line but that would be alright to make.
