Sound to my speaker system

Hi guys,

I have a HDMI PC monitor I want to use for my PS4 however it doesn't have any speakers. The speaker system I use only has aux in. and my monitor doesn't have an aux out. I've tried using the controller audio output to my speakers but its a bit temperamental.

I just need a way to connect my speakers possible using the optical out. If anyone has any ideas please let me know how!!!

its weird, afaik HDMI monitors have an aux out.

I think there are adaptors which convert digital audio to analog.

I suggest you get speakers with optical in
