I connected my Internet cable to my PS4 this evening. Suddenly, my profile name changed from my name to a name I've never heard of, "Hanna Smith". Have I been hacked? Tried to live chat with PS4 support Europe, only found US support who won't help. Anyone have any idea what the problem is/where I can live chat with PS Europe?

When you say profile name do you mean your profile name or do you mean your PSNid? As far as I know anybody can change your profile name. You got a brother or a sister that likes messing with you. Perhaps like my kids you have a parent that like playing practical jokes. As far as a PSNid change goes, Nobody(in North America) can change their PSNid. The only way I know of that it could have been changed is by Sony themselves. If you had a Racist, Sexist or vulgar PSNid they could change it if not ban it all together. Do you still have your trophies?
