System ruined?

Ok guys
I'm brand new to this forum. Just bought a ps4 about a month ago or so. Been playing some pretty heavy hours of ghosts.
Here's my problem, yesterday my system froze. I shut it down and went to start it up again and it was completely frozen as soon as it started, there was a symbol that looked like it was trying to load but it was frozen. The screen went black every few seconds then popped up frozen again
I tried all of the safe mode resets and nothing fixed it.
Now I've done the initializing, re-installed the software and it still doesn't work
I turn it on, it starts up alright and shows me the opening screens. Like the playstation logo and the sony entertainment everything. Then I can hear the dashboard music but I can't see any video.
I have a solid white light and I can hear the audio and the video did work up until this point.

Has anyone else ever seen this. Or know what the heck is wrong
Every problem I've read about was different than this. Thanks a lot in advance for the replies

Have you tried other HDMI cable and port on your TV? If so, it may be a bad HDMI port on the playstation. I know there were some issues with this at launch.

Ya I knew someone was going to say that. So I finally tried it and exactly what I thought. Nothing changed
The problem is not that I'm not getting video at all, I get video in the safe mode and everything. I went through all the directions. And I get all the start up indications.
But as soon as I get into what I'm thinking is the dashboard because of the lame music it's playing, I get no video whatsoever
And then if I leave it for about a minute, the startup logos come back. And it basically does a restart loop

It sounds kinda like something got corrupted when you froze, so now the entire system is stuck in a boot loop. What I'd do is get in contact with Sony. There MAY be a self-repair option, or a way to completely reload the firmware so you don't need to send it in.

I was going to say that it might be the actual HDMI port on the PS4. But if you can see the safe-mode screen, it looks like it's a hardware malfunction. Best bet is to call Sony.
