Thief to be released February 2014 + New Trailer

Better mark your calenders! "Thief" is coming to both the Playstation 3 and Playstation 4. In North America you can expect the game to release February 25th whereas Europe will have to wait until February 28.

As well as revealing the release date, Square Enix have also released a brand new trailer for "Thief" which you can view below:

This game looks unreal the graphics also are so good it looks kinda like assassins creed but much better well from what i have seen from the new ones and heard i hope this is as good as it really looks.

Why is everyone speaking modern-day English? Why is Garret's eye letting out magical smoke, it's suppose to be a mechanical eye. Why can't you jump without a promp to let you? Why do you gain exp for getting headshots with the bow, you are suppose to be a thief, not an assassin, do they even played the old games with the difficulty higher than easy?

First Deus-Ex, then Hitmam, then Splinter Cell, now this... whatever, i hope you guys enjoy that.

Hm its looking very good so far. Here's what I'm hoping for though. From the limited footage shown so far, the game looks a little too close to Dishonored than I would prefer, especially since many regard Thief as the father of the modern solid stealth genre (Metal Gear gets credit for the stealth-action genre in general of course). I really want them to take all the power of the modern gen to really give us a stealth experience different from Deus Ex and Dishonored, else it'll be really embarrassing to be compared to the descendants and lose.

I hate the fact that they didn't released some gameplay footage. A CGI trailer is meh unless it can be as good as one which was released for The Witcher 3. I would like to see some gameplay footage before making my mind about this game.

Great news mate. The game will also game a pre-order version that will be available for all platforms: PS4, Xbox one and PC. After seeing a few minutes of gameplay I'm in love with this game, the last Thief was one of my favorite stealth games of all time and the new one looks 100 times better. The town remind me of Dishonored.

The graphics look great but i cant stand that whole "the rich people are stealing from the poor" crap. wasnt this a game already too?
