"This save belongs to another user" error

I load up a new survival world, play it then log off. I loaded it up and i get a message saying "Trophies will be disabled as this save belongs to another user." i wasn't online with anyone, nor was host privelages on and it never happened before the Minecraft patch v1.17 yesterday. Is anyone the same and can anyone help

I have the same thing , with the added bonus of my world being wiped clean .
