I am trying to find the second quest in the mages quest line. Online it says that once I reach lvl 15 I should be able to speak to Arch Mage Shalidor outside of the mages guild in Vulkhel Guard. I am now lvl 18 and he is never there. I even watched a video walkthrough that showed this happening so I am fairly certain that is how I am supposed to be able to get this quest. The quest is called "Simply Misplaced". I could really use some advice on what I should do. Is this a glitch in the game or is there some prerequisite that I dont know about? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
