Two players - two controllers - one console????

I just got a new PS4 and am new to gaming.

How do you set it up so two players can play the same game on the same console with two controllers??????

The game is Assassin's Creed: Black Flag.

The game has to support multiplayer split screen (check the back of the case) AC4BF does not support split screen multiplayer.
There is online multiplayer but for two of you playing that game on the same console you are SOL.

First you need to have a second PSN account setup on the PS4. Second you have to turn on the 2nd controller and login with the other profile. Third, well you need a game that has some form of local multiplayer. AC4:Black Flag does not support local multiplayer.
