Unrecognised disk error

Hi I hope someone can help me I've got a ps4 that will not recognise any disk and when the
Disk is in it sounds like it spinning but there is a clicking noise

Any ideas

Nobody's helped with this? This is the whole reason I made an account on here... Looks like we're stuck buying a new disc drive. Yay..

There are multiple rrsponses to this in these forums. Im in one of them actually. Just look...this isnt an uncommon problem
