Voice chat

What program do you all use for voice chat?
I've always used Vent but I know a few people that swear by Mumble.
Then there's also TS, I think that's all the ones I know.

Which do you think is best?

Generally, I tend to use Vent over anything. I don't really like talking through voice chats, but sometimes it's an absolute must in gameplay. Especially when you are working with teams.
