Voice commands not working

Noob to PS4. The voice command isn't working! I get this message when trying to use guide
" some features that cannot be used at the same time as voice operation are in use on this PS4"
I haven't changed anything since the latest update so what's the problem?

So you start up your console and then you try to use voice commands and it doesn't work?

Is that the scenario?

Yes! I had it set up & working before the latest update. Now when I go into settings and attempt to use the guide in settings to test it I get that message "some features etc"
