Well, a lot of you guys are waiting for this awesome game called Watch Dogs. Soon watchdogs will be released and a lot of gamers out there would buy this. This game was made by Ubisoft so, I am waiting a lot of good reviews from one of the most popular game developers.

Watch Dogs is an upcoming 2014 open world action-adventure video game developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft. It is due for release in the second quarter of 2014 for Microsoft Windows and for the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Wii U, Xbox 360 and Xbox One consoles.
The game is set within a fictionalized version of Chicago, Illinois. The single-player story is told through Aiden Pearce, a highly skilled hacker, who can hack into various electronic systems, either to obtain and control information or to destroy such devices completely at specific times.

I really want to play Watchdogs and I really hope it turns out good, also I am hopeful that the delay is worth while. Ubisoft tends to kind of flipflop when it comes to their games so I think this should be on the higher end of the spectrum I think.

I saw a few videos that teased about this game, and I was frankly surprised about the open-ended world. At least that’s what’s implied seeing how it’s like an expansive sandbox reality type of game where there’s always other choices to reach the end result. I think with the next-gen consoles capabilities that developers of Ubisoft Montreal will pull this off decently. Imagine for a moment that the more consoles augment in processing and sustaining intensive activities, the easier it is on the developers to tap into a potential that was unreachable in previous projects.

It will get to the level where games will be so hyper-realistic that most of what will be important then is the narrative. If they want to fulfill the trend of how realism increases, they’ll have to step up their game with narratives. When things start streaming in that spectrum that is when we can confidently say that video games are virtual experiential realities that we can all learn from. I have a feeling Watchdogs may contribute to that trend, but we’ll just have to wait and see.

The delay will be worth it. Ubisoft is generally consistent with quality.
