What do you want out of the new Star Wars game?

What do you hope the new star wars game will be like? Open world or more like the linear progression of the older star wars games. I would love to see it done with the style of Far Cry 3. That would be awesome.

I love Star Wars but I feel like the previous games could have been much better, like you said, an open world like Far Cry would be awesome on the Star Wars universe and I can see it be done. Let's hope for the best.

I'd love for a good Star Wars game. The best I ever played was Rouge Squadron on the N64 haha! I've tried various SW games since then but I've never been that impressed.

I kinda stopped caring about other Star Wars games when I heard the new Battlefront was being developed, lol. To me, that was my favorite Star Wars game....then some others I played on my computer back in the day (TIE Fighter, XWing, Dark Forces series, etc). Damn, just realized they haven't come up with a good space sim in a while (I mean a game like Xwing).

Rogue Squadron was the best one I've played as well. I've been impressed by other Star Wars games since, just not as impressed.

The best Star Wars game I've played period were the Knights of the Old Republic games. I'd like more in that vein only...larger.

Man I'd love more KOTOR. That would be great.

I'd like another one of those Jedi Knight games from the PC last time. I think those games were amazing; great gameplay, story, and settings. The games really felt like they belonged to the Star Wars universe so I'd really like to see a return to Jedi Knight games.

KOTOR was amazing too though!

Single player KOTOR with Jedi Knight multiplayer, all in next gen style, massive battles, amazing graphics ... sounds like the perfect mix to me!

Star Wars battlefront was my favorite Star Wars game too. I hope they stay true to how those games felt and don't just make it like any other FPS.

Would anyone else but me like to see DLC that would add the Jedi Civil War as a playable era? With Jedi or Dark Jedi as playable classes apart from heroes? Speaking of heroes, just imagine being able to play as Darth Malak, Bastila, or even Darth Revan on huge battlefields inspired by Knights of the Old Republic. And damn it, a space battle around the Star Forge on the scale of previous Battlefront games with next-gen graphics and physics would give me a nerdgasm.

There's a mod for the Jedi Civil War for battlefront 2 actually. It's pretty awesome, it has the endar spire and bunch of other locations from the era.

I really hope to see something more open world with a great online.
Also, hope it isnt rushed and they spend time on balancing out the mechanics and making sure the game is ready for launch and has no major issues which could ruin the game for eevrybody.

I also would like to see a free roam aspect added to the new up and coming Star Wars game. I have actually always hoped that a free world Star Wars game would be released, but so far that has never happened. I would also like to see online gameplay take place on one large server, like TESO. That would be epic to see a battle of a thousand plus players.
