What games?!

Hi guys, new here

I bought a ps4 shortly after its release and the be quite honest, I haven't got much use out of it.

I have the following games;
FIFA 14, 15
Battlefield 4
Mine craft
GTA 5

And I must say I grew fairly tired of them all (except GTA which was great)

Now I've been looking out for new games for a while, and it just seems to me that there's NONE that would excite me.. None that I want to spend any money on.

What I'm wondering is, what games are currently in production that I could look forward to - OR one which are already out that will bring back the excitement of gaming?

I know fallout 4 is coming sometime soon, but I'm unaware of any others

The Witcher 3 is a good game if you like RPGs. Lots of hours of game play.

Last game I was excited to get home and play was battlefield 3.. But all other shooter games seem a little EHH to me now

Hello Mil,

if you liked GTA5 you will probably also enjoy Watch Dogs. Almost the same conceipt but different aims and gears.

Dragon Age Inquisition is a very addicting game, if you like RPGs, you will have the chance to control four characters at the same time during battles. The story is also very nice.

There is AC Black Flag remastered for PS4, if you like such kind of game. The story here is very amusing and it's full of very well done battleships.

If you tell your gaming preferences, I will try to be more precise with my hints.

I know what rpg stands for, but never really understood this genre of games. If it's like fallout, skyrim then they're great..

But with most games I just see straight through them, example gta and AC. I'm playing them and it just seems like I'm driving from point A to B, pick someone up and drop them at C then lose the cops on the way back to A. Or run along these roof tops with no particular skill, assassinate someone then run along more roof tops

Not sure if the point I'm trying to makes is even making much sense, but I just want games that excite me.

I have fond memories of playing BF3 online, Rush mode on Kharg Island. Up against a very tough team who are doing a great job at protecting our objectives, and even defending the majority of the island. While me and fellow team mates are experimenting with different tactics to push up and secure the objectives. It requires skill, team work to out smart the enemy and it was just so fun.

Damn I miss that game

Have you ever tried GTA Online? It's damn amusing and the variants are a lot (tennis, golf, heists, missions, races, deathmatches, survivals, etc.). If you find a good bud or an active Crew, it can be really fun.

I have never played Fallout, but if you liked Skyrim, well, The Witcher 3 is your game. A very long story, quite interesting and intriguing, good combat system, nice character customization and growth, a ton of side quests, some romance & sex too. Your decisions can change the story as well. I spent like 200 hours with that damn game.

AC Black Flag is not only climbing roofs and killing people, but also battleships. And the online sessions are great. You can find it used for a very cheap price everywhere. But I recognize that AC series is something you must really like to enjoy it at the best.

Sniper Elite 3 is also a good game. It's all stealth and requires a lot of skill. There is also a multiplayer part which is not bad at all.

If you like the genre, Tomb Raider is a particular game, almost an open world with a lot of things to do. The combat system is great and the graphics is stunning. Lara is always the prettiest character, imo.

Thanks for the summaries. I have played gta online, but I wasn't wowed by it. I guess it'd be more fun playing with friends.

I decided to wait a few months for a price drop for witches because I'm so frugal..

Bought Call of Duty Advanced Warfare over the weekend since I thought that would be good for casual gaming, and I'm majorly disappointed with it! Ugh! I think it's an awful game. Totally not even fun
