What has impressed/disappointed you the most about the PS4?

Well with the launch for North America today (a long couple of weeks for us Europeans), feel free to post what has impressed you the most about the PS4 and what has disappointed you. The User Interface, profiles, the trophy system, apps, the design of the console, the share function, anything!

Only thing i don't like is not being able to replace the HDD in it without voiding your warranty. I guess you have to break the seals to open it up to get to the HDD. I was hoping it would be like the slim and not have to break the seal.

I'm a little disappointed with the lack of support for external drives and the delay in games. I'm mostly impressed with how well Sony has conducted themselves all the way from E3 up until now, along with all the decisions they made - i.e. price, policies, etc. Mostly just learning from their past mistakes, I think it's a commendable trait in anyone. I hope their consoles live up to the expectations or at least just perform well with no major bugs and defects.
