what is CE -35327-0 ??

Are you trying to play a game? Start the console? Connect to PSN?

One work around is to first remove game saves from the PS4, then re-download them from the Cloud. Finally, enter Safe Mode on the PS4 and rebuild the database.
 
Another problem :'( i cannot sign in to PSN !? HELP me please. It says that "The connection to the server has been lost" (NW-31194-8)
