What is everyone's weapon of choice?

I got the game a few days ago and started a Dark Elf Nightblade duel wield. I fairly enjoy it so far, but I quickly noticed that a LARGE majority of people are using staves. I'm not sure if everyone is going sorcerror class, or if destruction staves are OP right now. just wanted to see what you guys thought.

This largely depends on what you intend to play. The way that ESO is designed is even if you play a class that isn't 'normally suited' to that particular roll you can use the abilities and talents from the actually weapon tree instead of inherent abilities. Some inherent abilities are a better option but you can find a nightblade healer or a sorcerer tank. Just depends on how you want to play and how much effort you want to put into playing. My advice is find a group to play with. It makes this game alot more fun.
