What is the best Ethernet type to us with online gaming for PS4?

Im using 5e but i just heard theres 6 and 7. Would it make a difference in playing online and downloading stuff? I know downloading speeds plays an important role but overall would i be better off getting 7?

Cat 5e is good enough. If you want a faster connection you could do a powerline router instead of a wireless router. But as far as your netword Cat 5e Ethernet cable is concern your good to go as it does 1000 Mbps.

Their are also wireless bridges that can do the job well to Joey. Ask your local store about them and they'll point you in the right direction.

Yeah Cat 5e will do it, but it does work differently to Cat 6. Also the wires are thinner than Cat 6. Sometimes I use Cat 6 for peace of mind as it was designed for 1000mbps.
