What is this ?!!!! Help on DS4 controller

I opened my DS4 because on hearing my right motor rattle. Now i found why. ONE WEIGHT IS BIGGER THAN THE OTHER !!! AND ALSO MY LIGHT WIRE IS BENT !!! What should i do ? Am sure it wasn't designed to be like this. Here is a picture.
