what is your game of the month?

so i decided to start a thread were, like the member of the month contest, there will be a time were you will be able to say what your game of the month is. maybe whatever game wins could be posted on the front page as the ps4 forum game of the month? anyway, you wont realy get anything special but voting is nice anyway. so now on to the question.

what is your game of the month for october?
it had to have came out at least in between a week before october and the last day of the month

i have to say, and i know it came out in september but it was a day before october anyway. shadow of mordor earns my spot for this month

From what I've seen of it, The Evil Within gets my vote.

It does pretty much exactly what I like from a horror game. There's survival elements, tension/suspension, odd creatures, shabby/decomposing locations, gore and some action thrown in. In harks back to the times when the horror genre was at it's prime.

A close runner-up would have to be Alien : Isolation (it was launched this month, wasn't it?), which takes survival to a level I don’t think I've seen on a console before. It's another gem in my opinion.

Third place goes to Driveclub – simply because I like car racing games and it's a quality product. It's not quite the game that I thought it would be though, given all the delay. It doesn't feel 'complete' somehow, otherwise that would probably have taken top spot.

No game of the month for me. I had really looked forward to Shadow of Mordor, but that game was a let down. Waiting now for GTA and the Assassins creed which I am sure will be a fantastic game. They have not let me down yet.

Peggle 2 is the only game I am buying this month. Have a sick dog so money is super tight right now.
