What size TV (make model whatever too) do you game on?

I have a 39" insignia 120hz 1080p LED TV
Got it used for a bargain, normally I wouldn't buy a used TV it was only a couple months old and the guy who had it was moving out of country, Worked well for me.
Previous to that I gamed on a 27" dynex for 6+ years.

Well I bit the bullet, futureshop had insignia 48" 1080p 60hz tv on sale. I went ahead and grabbed one.
It's incredible how much bigger it actually is. I can't wait to start gamin on it.

Everytime you get a bigger TV,you wont wanna go smaller.
I was gaming on a 42" LCD for a long time, but when I switched to a 55" LED LCD,man I thought how could I have gamed on smaller TV before. :p
Not to mention watching blu ray movies. (with a surround sound set up) Just awesome.

Ofcourse going to big like 70 or 80" plus may not be as good, only reason is the bigger it is,the less clear and sharp it will look.
Not until we can get 4K res out of consoles so I think even 1080P on a super large TV like say 70" and up wont be quite as good.

Anyone that does actually play on a 70" plus TV please reply here and let me know what you think.
Am I wrong?

Honestly though,I think 37" would be the absolute smallest to start on.

I have tried on an 84" 4K TV (ofcourse the output was only 1080P) It looked quite decent from far distance. but if you go close you can see pixles blurred.

Personally I like the idea that the screen should cover 80% of your viewing field. For 1080p, 60" is biggest it can get before it loses quality.

I just play on an old Compaq 7550 PC monitor. The monitor is the only thing i haven't upgraded my PC with, everything else is modern. I don't now why. I just never found a good reason for getting a new one.

Don't they say having a TV size over 50 is bad for gaming? Something about display lag.

I've never had an issue. One of my sisters, their boyfriend plays on a 60 inch... My other sister's boyfriend plays on a 55. None of us have ever had issues.

Been using a 55" LED LCD for a ages now and seems fine to me.
Also keep in mind many TV's have a 'game' setting,so always best to use that too.

42" Samsung Plasma I got from my mom when she purchased a bigger TV for the living room. I do plan on getting a Smart TV between 42" to 52" in the near future! Probably on Black Friday!!

^^^^^**drool**

I game on a 32'' Insignia LED-LCD TV. Has 120hz which I've never used and is 1080p. Overall I'm happy with it but the software on the TV is pretty crappy. I bought it a few years ago while I was unemployed for a deal. I also financed it through Best Buy so I didn't have to worry about paying it off until I got a job. Great decision. Made 6 months of unemployment bearable :)

I'd like to upgrade eventually to a really good name brand TV. Waiting to see what happens with UHD and if consoles take advantage this generation or not. Also waiting to see where me and my gf move to if it would be worth upgrading.

52" Samsung LCD as the main gaming TV, with an extra 26" Samsung on the side for my friend to use when he brings his PS3/PS4 over. The wife plays on the 32" Samsung in the bedroom. We usually play GTA V together as we have 3 ps3's and 3 copies of the game, throw in our online friends and it's a lot of fun.

Dude. I want to live in your household. 3 PS3's, multiple TVs hooked up and play online with your wife? That sounds awesome.
