What was your first PlayStation game?

I can't remember but I would bet that it was crash bandicoot. I remember crash was basically the Playstation mascot at the time. His picture was on the back of the PS box. I did have tekken right away too and a bunch of the sports games. Ah, the memories.

Playstation game in general was Ico / Shadow of the Colossus collection for PS3. For PS1 specifically, then Crash Bandicoot.

So then you get a PS3 before the PS1 or... I don't think I understand what you mean. I will however say that I loved Shadow of the Colossus, but not Ico... I suppose that's blasphemy.

I think we bought 5 PlayStation games when my parents bought the console. I think they were the following:
- Rising Zan: Samurai Gunman - a Devil May Cry like game on the PS1
- Guardian's Crusade - a very cute looking RPG
- Monster Seed - a more mature and more engaging Pokemon wannabe
- Syphon Filter - A great alternative to Metal Gear Solid
- And Tekken 3 I think. Not so sure though.

It would probably be either Tony Hawk's Pro Skater or that Sony demo CD that contains demos for of different games that I think included Monster Rancher (but I am not sure, I lost the CD). My first black CD would be Tekken 3. Haha. XD

Crash bandicoot was I think my oldest and most favorite of PS games. I actually got it just for nostalgia on my iPhone some months ago, and I'm totally still hooked to it.

I really don't have an answer to this because I can't remember. I do recall however playing 2 games originally and they were NFL Blitz and FF7. I'm just not sure which of the 2 was my first game. I think it may have been FF7 actually, because I remember putting it in and thinking "WOW, this system is going to be awesome" due to how good the graphics were, especially having just come off of SNES.

I'd say FF7 and FF8 were the 2 games I spent the most time on and it's still crazy to me now to see how much of a leap in graphics quality FF8 made over FF7, which I thought was an amazing looking game at the time.
