Seriously, up to this day I still get this error with games sometimes. Actually, I just had one while playing The Last of Us and it's getting annoying. Strider had it worst where it crashed on me at the exact same spot 4 times in a row making me unable to finish it. I can't believe after such wide reports on this, Sony still hasn't come up with a patch.
