Wii controller/remote

Please tell me that I'm not the only one with controllers that seem to suck the life out of batteries quicker than I can get them in. I'm thinking of buying one of those charging stations for the controllers. Anyone own one? Do the controllers stay charged for a long time?

I don't have one, but I'm thinking of getting one, too. I use rechargeable batteries anyway, but they don't last very long, either. Plus they take forever to recharge!

I thought I was just getting crappy batteries! Good to know, I am not the only one, with a battery draining Wii remote. I do not have a charging dock, yet, but I hear Toys R Us is having a buy 2 get 1 free sale. I hope they have a dock, and I can pick up some games, too.

I have the charging dock. It works great. I just plug it in after I play and I never have had to replace batteries. It's a great idea if you play a lot and find yourself low on batteries all the time. I know how annoying that can be.

I have the Wii charging station, too. It is definately worth buying, because constantly buying replacement batteries, gets expensive. I would check the sale, that was mentioned, and also there should be more sales coming up, since it is close to Christmas.

OK so I need the charging station - I've seen some cheap ones on sale at LTD and others at Toys R Us. I'm thinking I want a real Wii charging dock right? I wouldn't think that the cheaper one would work as well?
