Will a PS4 work in another region than it was purchased?

I live in the states and would like to give a PS4 to my relatives in Pakistan / India. Does anyone know if there will be any issues running a US PS4 in that part of the world? Just want to make sure there will no be issues before i purchase.

if i know, ps4 its region free, that means you can run any game bought from any where you want, and the console itself can be bought anywhere and used wherever you want

Far as I know there's no restrictions with the console.
So yes, you won't have any problems playing PS4 in Pakistan / India.

How abt the power supply? US has 110 v power, but outside US its 220 v.... does ps4 has inbuilt power brick?

Yep. Its region free thankfully. Although I won't be buying one right now and will actually wait for it to come to India which it is expected to next year.
