Apparently it comes with:

The items included are an 8 inch fully articulated hand-painted Panzerhund statue and base, a folder containing documents such as maps, case files, letters and blueprints, a set of 14 "vintage" postcards from Wolfenstein's alternate 1960's, three embroidered patches, dog tags and a steelbook case for the game.

But wait! There's more..the one thing is does not come with is the actual copy of the game..
However,Ive seen ebayers sellers it with the game,so if you end up buying this,dont forget you may still need to buy the game.
