Would you buy a VR kit for this?

I would be amazed to be able to play a game like Drive Club or The Crew on the PS4, with a controller in my hand and a VR kit on my eyes. It would feel wonderful, actually. What do you think about VR's future?

It gets me really excited and I think the possibilities are endless. A Silent Hill or Amnesia game using VR would be terrifying, can't wait for that kind of experience to be released.

I will mostly likely buy day 1. VR has been one of those sci-fi things things I grew up dreaming about. Still a few years away I think though.

It depends on the cost.

I love the idea, but like any other product release. The price will determine whether or not i will buy. I think it will be a great product for gamers. It has the advance technology that will take gaming to the next level.

I did not think we would see something like this so soon. However. I am glad to see it, and i hope they offer it at a fair price so i can be apart of it.

I never was sold on VR until I realized I could use it for racing and imagined that it would probably be very fun. I don't know if I necessarily would prefer to use it every time I wanted to play racing games, though, but I think it would be very fun to try out at least. For all other types of games, though, I'm not so sure I'd like the experience, but again, I'm sure it would be nice to try out a different way to play games.

Racing games with VR will be fantastic. I'm more concerned about the confort. You will have to wear glasses or whatever kit design to VR. I'm affraid that it will burn our eyes or make some serious headaches. I'm still very enthusiastic about VR though !

Sony's project is called morpheus. Right? I hope its as good as Rift was supposed to be. Since they sold out to facebook, I will be cancelling my preorder.

Silent Hill. With VR.

Full on NOPE.

Can you imagine how terrifying that would be? Especially during those long game sessions where you get really immersed, and forget it's all just a game. Of course, this all depends on how engaging the VR really is I suppose.

It would be the most engrossing gameplay experience ever! It would destroy the horror movies industry completely! It would cause severe psychological trauma to a bunch of people, though... :p

I'd buy it if it was as good as the last Oculus Dev Kit. If it's blurry and makes you dizzy, then I'd pass. Price is also gonna be a big factor. I doubt we'd see any great AAA games soon on Morpheus, but I think playing Minecraft and other non-traditional AAA titles would be pretty neat.

Yes, Morpheus is going to be the big thing soon. I've heard that it isn't that comfortable to wear now, but they'll improve that soon. It will be superior to the Oculus Rift, which has ended a contract with FB...

Well that would be awesome! But I would like to use the VR gimmick on horror games, like Dead Space or Amnesia or Outlast, now that would be a good use for VR.

I think you and I have very different ideas as to what would make a fun game. Namely, one that doesn't cause me to wake screaming every night.

Actually, I'd imagine playing racing games or even flying games like War Thunder on the Morpheus. It would make heartrate go really high!

VR would pretty much cater to first person games, the buzz and all that surrounding VR in general doesn't move me at all, but if there's a game that really impresses then maybe.

I agree totally.

Grand Theft Auto in VR would be amazing though. I would be sold if they could pull that off, and i am sure a lot of people agree. The potential would be limitless. I think that is the niche that they should focus on.

First person shooter games. Simply because they would be the easiest to adapt. Boxing, and fighting games would be good also. However there are few of those on the market right now.
