Microsoft's Xbox One reputation system is built to make trolls play with trolls | The Verge
Microsoft has heard many of the problems that arose on Xbox Live, with players getting band and so forth. So they decided to do something about it with their new console the Xbox One. They have created an all new rep system that basically allows players to rate each other and from then on players with similar ratings or "reps" will be against each other. This is supposed to help ward off trolls since in theory, if one keeps getting a negative rating then only trolls will be playing against each other. I guess we will see how it works when the Xbox One is released.
