Xbox One welcomes 1000 friends | Joystiq

Microsoft has revealed that their upcoming system the Xbox One will allow gamers to have up to 1000 friends. this is a dramatic increase from the 100 friends that were allowed on the Xbox 360. This is a pretty good move of Microsoft although, Sony will have the advantage as they have recently announced that the PS4 will allow gamers to have 2000 friends.

Eh, I don't really care much for either amount honestly, I mean I still have to max out the PSN friends but if I don't I'll be fine. I can't really see the use of having 1000-2000 open friend slots for a gaming profile, I doubt the average user for either console will ever need that many slots.
