Infamous Second Son

Who else is looking forward to this game. I loved the first Infamous. The second game was fun as well. From what I've been reading so far this game will feature a new protagonist named Delsin who has completely new powers that haven't been revealed yet. They seem to be fire or smoked based so far. I'd post a link to the trailer but I can't post links yet sadly. This game will probably one of my reasons to buy a PS4.

I just hope they don't pull a DmC with this one, being that they are going with a younger protagonist and some usual story of "going against The Man"! I am just excited to see how they use their new power in this one and how the PS4 AMAZING PARTICLE EFFECTS are related to this.

Since it's supposed to be a completely different character this time and not a remake like DMC I won't mind so much. I really want to see some gameplay.

I loved the original infamous. It's like Spawn wherein your character has a lot of powers that he could use against the bad guys. That's why I'm looking forward to this game. It's simply so cool. I don't have any problem even if they go the DMC route though. I'll love it still.

I'm also looking forward to this one. Never got around to playing the first (maybe I should?) but I loved the second inFamous. Would be a great way to show of the new graphics and power of the PS4.

I've not played the first one but have seen this one, I'm looking forward to it I think it looks to be really good. The storyline sounds good even though I'll still be new to the series.

You guys should try it. The original Infamous was one of my favorite games on the PS3. In a way it kind of reminded me of GTA with superpowers. I mean aside from there being absolutely no driving or shooting at all. Just the sandbox aspect of it I guess is what I'm referring too. The story was really good and there's a nice twist at the end. I won't spoil it for you though.

The first one was and still is a great game, I'm looking forward to getting the second one, hopefully it's as good as the first!!

Something about that trailer just... annoyed me, his attitude, and his voice. The gameplay does look great though, I'll prob pick it up on sale.

Yeah I'm a big fan of the Infamous series and loved the first 2 games. I've been waiting on a new installment for a while so I'm glad to se the series is continuing on the PS4. I will admit I will miss Cole but I guess the team had to move on. The graphics look great and the gameplay is as fluid as ever. One thing I'm hoping for is more interaction among conduits and the ability to gain new powers like the previous game.

I didn't like Cole in the second game, but that is probably just me. I honestly thought they were done with the Infamous series, I like the new characters very unique abilities so far. It is going to be one of the first games when I get my PS4.

I can't wait for this game to come out. I hope I don't get disappointed. I beat the first two games in this series and I loved the story line. Have any of you guys played the Infamous vampire game. I forget what it was called.

I'm gonna have this game. But in a way, it's sad to see Cole's saga as done. But I think that show's Sucker Punch's willingness to move forward rather than do what everyone else does and make a bunch of prequels, side stories, and do crap just to keep the main character around.

I have nothing but respect for that.

I'm honestly loving the fact that this is set in Seattle. Speaking as someone who grew up in the area, I can't wait to experience what it's like to tear up the city in a video game. Hopefully I'll still feel that way after I experience it, but who knows? They could still screw up the city and make it feel very...not Seattle. I do have to say, one thing that concerned me in what little gameplay I've seen is that it is always very sunny.

Sunny? In Seattle?

HAH! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

The sun does not exist in Seattle. There is only cloud cover. Unless this game is set in that 2 month window during the summer where they actually get sunbreaks, that is already screaming "not-so-realistic" to me.

There is like totally sun... it's just like really diffused and non-existent. Seriously man. I've been there and you can like totally almost feel it pass the sensation of being constantly damp. Also like...um... yeah I got nothing. Although this does bring up the issue of why Twilight wasn't set in Seattle where it is in fact almost constantly Twilight.

I am really looking forward to both Killzone: Shadow Falls and Infamous: Second Son.

They both are really going to be the true next gen game we all have been craving for.
