Can different zone disc play online in another zone?

I just borough a Battlefield 4 (PS4) zone 3 disc, but my friend is mostly on zone 1. So I was thinking can I play that zone 3 disc on the zone 1 account with the PLUS on the zone 1 account? Will it work? Or I have to buy a new one for zone 1?

Games are region free,so you can play BF4 region 3 disc (asian) anywhere,with your PS+ region one account,you don't need PS+ from region 3.
For eg my copy of Ghosts on PS4 is region 2 and Im region 4,all works fine for me.

Thanks for your answer i just wonder, if i purchase a PS plus on zone 1 account but there is 3 accounts in my ps4, zone 1, zone 3, and zone japan. Will my ps plus goes to all by account? or it will stay on only the zone i buy(zone 1)? PS. i am a new, is now a good time to purchase ps plus? or should i wait until games come out more?

If you have PS+ subscription on region 1 (US account) but you have multiple accounts for diff regions no,you would need PS+ for the other regions too.
I mean you dont have too,you can still download demo's and buy games from other regions but if you wanna play online and download the free games PS+ offers then no,you would need PS+ for any other regions too.
For eg I also have a US region account,mostly just for downloading demo's my region doesnt have,PS4 and PS3.
And I have PS+ for my region but when I switch to my US account I dont have PS+ with that.

I think anyone who has PS4 now pretty much has PS+.Unless you dont play online MP at all that is nd just wanna play SP only.

And dont forget,if you buy PS+ for PS4 it also carries to PS3 so you can download the free games that are and become available for PS+ subscribers on PS3 as well.
And Vite to I believe.

I'm pretty sure all games on the PS4 are region free, I know at least that that was the case for Call of Duty games on the PS3!

I only have ps4 so is it possible to download free game in ps3?

You mean download the PS3 games from PSN store to PS4? No. You would need a PS3.
