Favorite RPG on the PS3?

My favorite RPG's available for the PS3 are Fallout 3, Fallout: New Vegas, Oblivion and Skyrim. Bethesda just knows how to publish a good RPG and they never disappoint. I have spent loads of hours playing these games I don't plan on stopping any time soon.

While it's true that all those games are great, they are some of those that I think are better played on the PC for the sole reason of modding.
There are so many mods out there for those games that it's a completely different experience on the PC (In a good way)

Stick of Truth is my favorite RPG on the PS3, I am not normally a big RPG fan but I love South Park so I had to buy it. I thought the RPG elements worked really well, but were very accessible for a newcomer to the genre.

I might be the minority here, but I did really enjoy FF XIII. Sure the story was super linear, but then again so was X and that's gotta be my favourite FF game of all time. The game looks great, combat gets fun after you unlock some jobs and I like most of the characters (not you Vanille). Maybe I enjoyed the game so because I'm into RPGs with a lot of grinding, and getting perfect equipment in 13 sure takes a long time.

Completely original answer here, but Skyrim. I do regret playing it on consoles, too much lag and clunkiness. Always wondered what it would be like on PC with all the mods as well.

As of right now, I am going to have to go with Dragon's Crown. I love the game thus far and am enjoying playing through and building my character- plus the art work is just a bonus.

Do try to play all the way through Red Dead Redemption, even if you have to push through the story and ignore most sidequests, the end of the storyline makes it very much worthwhile.

Persona 5 hype is real and they haven't even really shown anything yet. But we all know it's gonna be good, the game seems to have been in development (I remember someone confirming it was in the works by the time Persona 4 Arena came out) for a while so they certainly are taking their time doing something good.

It will be hard to choose between Demon's Souls/Dark Souls and Persona 5.

It's a pain that Persona 5 is coming out on PS3 though. J wish they'd just release it on PS4 with no improvements over the PS3 version what so ever. Just to let me put my PS3 away.
