I am curious on what exactly people want Sony to do? I do think since the PS5 eye is for video games that Sony should suspend the accounts of anyone abusing it. If they want to hook their eye up to their PC (assuming their are drivers) and broadcast porn then that is fine. However, I do not like the fact that people are using it just to try and shock people especially since there are a lot of kids on here.

I do think Sony should try to make the online as family friendly as possible but they cannot control what people do. I think the best Sony can do is ban people from using the eyes on their PS4 if people are caught abusig the TOS.

What does everyone else think Sony should do?

Sony is all about family friendly. I mean I believe the last excplict adult title released was on the PS2 BMX XXX but even so that was censored so nudity was blurred.

I assume this was a skin set much like the original Sims that had showed them naked when in the shower instead of dithering it or they could be nude all the time. It was a cool novelty for about two minutes. I think the reason the consoles don't allow 18+ games is because they don't want virtual porn games on the PS4. You can use a pc if you really want 18+ games.

Seriously though, it is hard for Sony to monitor this type of stuff since different countries have different laws. I guess they can ban people for breaking the TOS but you give some people a camera and they think they can film anything. Just do a internet search for amateur porn if you don't believe me.

It's kind of silly that the extremely violent games are alright but sexual games are "taboo", though. This is mostly in America. What's worse for a kid to see: a guy getting decapitated or a fully naked woman? Then again, that's bad parenting that allows the kids access to such stuff. I wonder how many kids have had their parents buy Mortal Kombat for them, for example. I know I've seen kids getting CoD and GTA as gifts.

That said, I do think there's more openness now than back then. I remember some PS1 game which had a lesbian protagonist. Lots of sexy stuff, shower scenes, etc. I don't think it ever showed as much as a nipple, but it was rather explicit. It got an Adult Only rating back then. Now we have games which are comparably much more explicit (like GTAV) and they just get M ratings. But still, people get more shocked by sex than by violence (as I said, mostly in America).

Oh well, just a mini rant I suppose. I'm rambling.

It is the same way in the Movie industry. It is ok to watch a psycho murder and rape people in the most brutal ways possible and then flip out because their is a nipple on the screen?

I don't believe violence in movies/TV/Video Games shave an effect on kids. If someone kills people because they saw it in a movie or videogame then that person had major problems and would snap anyways.

I personally feel that movies and games that heave just nudity and no sexual content should gee the M or R rating due to nudity alone.
