I need help choosing a gift PS4 game.

Hi All,

I don't play video games at all. My wife has decided she wants a PS4 for her birthday. She has played Xbox exclusively for several years. She LOVES Skyrim, and plays Assassins Creed. If I were to buy a PS4 for her, what games would you recommend? I've had Wolfenstein and Killzone recommended by a gamer in the family. Any help would be much appreciated!
 
ya i would have gotten it but my ps4 was a suprise gift o withought knowing i could have played it, i watch TheRadBrad play it on youtube. great youtuber.
 
Whatever you get her, you should pick up a PS+ sub. Also, apart from the other suggestions, she may really enjoy Transistor. PS4 catalog still kinda skimpy. If she'd had the foresight to delay her birthday another few months, you could have gotten her Dragon Age: Inquisition.
 
Easy. Assassin's Creed Black Flag, Tomb Raider Def Edition, Watchdogs, Infamous Second Son. Any of these since you mentioned she loves RPG basically.

Btw, I wish my girlfriend loved RPG like your wife. I made her play infamous ss, and we went nowhere. You're a lucky guy. You should try playing video games too dude. Study shows it makes your brain bigger (gives you more grey matter). Just puttin it out there!

Well she loves Assassin's Creed, so get her Assassin's Creed Black Flag on PS4 :P

Wolfenstein and Killzone are both shooters, and it seems like your wife is an RPG type of person. I also recommend Tomb Raider. It's a fun great action game. Watch Dogs also has some RPG elements and is an open world game like Skyrim. But it's during a modern setting however.
 
I'd recommend inFamous: Second Son. It's lots of fun and exclusive to PS4. I'd say a great introduction :D

No that's were I got it from but I did read an article on it to. It's called five reasons gaming is good for you.
 
Yeah pretty obvious, if she likes AC then get her AC4, or a pre-order for Unity. Failing that, try and get her Mirror's Edge. I think it's on the PS4, right? If not, there's a sequel coming out soon in the future, so you could pre-order that too for her.

The original Mirror's Edge isn't on PS4. We don't know what systems the 2nd one is going to be released on. It's a pretty safe bet it'll be on consoles though. But Mirror's Edge 2 is so far from completion you might as well just tuck it in the back of your mind for now.
