Controller Choice

I know we all here probably quite enjoy the dualshock controller and what not but I was wondering what outside controller you find the most usable.
For example I quite enjoy the Gamecube controller myself because I used it quite a bit and got quite well at handling it, I also think the buttons were normally pretty well placed for most games and the curve of the L/R buttons really helped.

So which non-Playstion controller do you like the most and what about it makes it the best?

The best controller would have to be between the Xbox 360 controller or the GameCube controller. The reason the Xbox 360 controller was one of my favorites because you had have good reaction time and it increased my speed in clicking because of where the buttons were placed and it felt well on my hands and rarely broke. The GameCube controller on the other hand was amazing because of where each buttons were placed and how fast you could click them and that was good about it, the only disadvantage about the GameCube controller was that the buttons tended to break whenever it fell so when I think about it the Xbox 360 controller had to be the best.

Besides PlayStation's Dualshock 4 controller, my second favorite controller of all time has definitely got to be the Xbox 360 control. I like how 360 controller fits perfectly in your hands. The controller also doesn't cause any type of discomfort even after long gaming session.

The Game Cube controller is by far the best that I have used, at least for my purposes. It just fits right in my hands and I don't get the hand fatigue that I experience with other controllers.

Favorite Controller?

I think the PS2 controller is honestly the best controller even designed from the GLORIOUS D-Pad to the placement of the analogue sticks. I have yet to find a controller that really does it for me the way the PS controller line has. What about you guys?

Call me crazy, but I really loved the N64 controller. Dreamcast was great, too.

I never played the PS2. Dreamcast was the last console I bought, and when that went under, I was 100% PC gamer until last year. I will say that I'm not a fan of the PS3 controller. It feels cheap and uncomfortable, and I really don't like the trigger buttons. The new PS4 controller's a big improvement, though.

I think the dreamcast has a neat controller but it's not very good to be honest. If it wasn't for the dreamcast and saturn controllers we wouldn't have the xbox controller though..

The most comfortable for me is the Game Cube controller. I love the way that it fits in my hand and the fact that I feel have good control of it when I am playing a game. The other ones just don't feel all that comfortable to me.

I have always loved the Gamecube controller; it has always been the most comfortable to use. Second would probably be the Xbox and Xbox 360 controllers simply because they are the most comfortable for how I hold a controller (not my hands in the picture). I have been holding controllers like this ever since I picked up my first, but evidently it is a thing now. Whatever. The DS4 is incredibly comfortable for this position as well, but I have never liked any previous iterations of the dualshock.
